Logging In Tutorial
Having trouble logging in? Let’s see if we can help.
- First, you can only log in if you’re a student, faculty member, or staff member at SUNY Cortland. If you’re not, your local library might be able to help you get the information you need.
- You should also try to use one of the recommended web browsers: Firefox or Internet Explorer.
- You should use the same user name and password that you use for logging into your Cortland email or Myreddragon.
- If you have not logged in before, your user name is your first name dot last name, and your password is your last name, plus the last four digits of your C number. If your name is Bruce Wayne and your C number is C00001234, you would type in Bruce.Wayne as your user name and “wayne1234” as your password.
- Then click on the login button.
- If you have forgotten your password, please contact the help center at seven five three two five zero zero to reset it.
- If you are logging in from work or another school and receive a 404 error or server error, this might be due to the firewall at that location. Talk to your computer technical support, or try to log in from a different location.
